Senior Java Developer for Retail Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Java Developer to join our team.
responsibilities
- Develop message and stream processing components for Kafka-based messaging platform
- Operate the messaging platform, be able to tune the performance and troubleshot issues
- Develop messaging or stream processing applications/flows
- Develop self-service components
- Be part of the on-call-duty
- Implement unit tests
- Implement monitoring
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Java knowledge
- Strong knowledge on Kafka eco system (Kafka broker, Kafka Connect, schema registry, KsqlDB, ...)
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and docker
- Experience with Azure, Git, GitHub
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Experience with tools: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Opsgenie
- Fluent verbal and written English communication
