Senior Java Developer for Retail Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Java Developer to join our team.

responsibilities
  • Develop message and stream processing components for Kafka-based messaging platform
    • Operate the messaging platform, be able to tune the performance and troubleshot issues
      • Develop messaging or stream processing applications/flows
        • Develop self-service components
          • Be part of the on-call-duty
            • Implement unit tests
              • Implement monitoring
                requirements
                • 3+ years of relevant experience
                  • Strong Java knowledge
                    • Strong knowledge on Kafka eco system (Kafka broker, Kafka Connect, schema registry, KsqlDB, ...)
                      • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and docker
                        • Experience with Azure, Git, GitHub
                          • Knowledge of SQL
                            • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
                              • Ability to learn new technologies
                                • Experience with tools: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Opsgenie
                                  • Fluent verbal and written English communication
                                    nice to have
                                    • Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft)
