Responsibilities

Full-cycle web application development using Agile approach

Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements

Integration with other clients’ systems and applications

3+ years of  experienced in plain Java

Highly Experienced in HTML and CSS, Javascript (optional)

Strong SQL skills: relational DB design, performance, stored procedures and views

Backend understanding & ability to create ent-to-end systems

Experience with cloud platforms

Strong Knowledge of data structures and algorithms

Strong Knowledge of OOP and design patterns

Experience in Unit Testing

Excellent English communication skills & experience in client-facing communications (this is our strength TWIMC :) developers communicate with stakeholders directly)

Solid SDLC understanding and experience working in agile environment

Self-management and strong prioritization skills

Capability to work in agile environment without direct supervision
