We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team, working on developing and improving our cloud-based product. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with a focus on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer with experience in Java, React.js, and a deep understanding of microservices and system design to join our team and make a significant contribution to the development of our product.

responsibilities

Develop and improve the cloud-based product using Java and React.js
Design and implement scalable and maintainable microservices architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the product's competitiveness

requirements

4+ years of experience with Java development, ideally in a remote environment
Expertise in React.js for front-end development
A deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of Clean Code practices
Experience with system design and microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of APIs and integration standards
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL tools
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Familiarity with Spring Framework
B2+ English level

nice to have

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
