Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms
We are actively seeking a Senior Java Developer equipped with AWS proficiency and comprehensive grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team.
In the capacity of our Product Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating software solutions that boast scalability and maintainability. Your expertise should span across various technology domains including Java, Kotlin, Scala or Go Language, as well as Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. The position entails collaboration within a team of developers, testers and other stakeholders to guarantee timely and successful delivery of product.
responsibilities
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and devise solutions
- Development and execution of scalable, maintainable software solutions
- Generation and maintenance of code adhere to clean coding guidelines
- Oversight of code reviews to ensure conformity to coding standards
- Formulation and sustenance of automated tests to validate quality of deliverables
- Active participation in Agile/Scrum development processes and ceremonies
- Assurance of prompt delivery of code without compromising quality
- Comprehensive documentation of code and system architecture
- Participation in system design and architecture deliberations
- Provision of technical advice and guidance to junior developers
requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development with emphasis on Java
- Previous experience engaged with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Competence in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Past experience in Kotlin, Scala or Go Language
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL tools along with APIs and Integration
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
- Expertise in Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving approach
- Fluent English speakers possessing Upper-Intermediate or higher level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with remote teams

- Previous engagement with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in handling Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
