Senior Java Developer with Data Structures knowledge
We are on the lookout for a Senior Java Developer with AWS expertise and an in-depth understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to become part of our remote team.
As our Product Engineer, your role will encompass the design and construction of software solutions that are scalable and maintainable. Your skill set will cover diverse technology areas such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language, in addition to Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. The role involves working in unison with a range of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure punctual and successful product delivery.
responsibilities
- Cooperation with cross-functional teams to grasp project requisites and generate solutions
- Creating and executing scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Generation and upkeep of code using clean coding principles
- Conducting code reviews to verify adherence to coding standards
- Establishment and maintenance of automated tests to verify deliverable quality
- Participation in the Agile/Scrum development process and ceremonies
- Ensuring code delivery punctuality and quality
- Documentation of code and system architecture
- Involvement in system design and architecture discussions
- Providing technical advice and mentorship to less experienced developers
requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field
- Not less than 4 years of experience in software development, with a particular focus on Java
- Prior experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Prior experience in Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
- Fluency in both SQL and NoSQL tools and APIs and Integration
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
- Proficiency in Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluent English speakers with a level of Upper-Intermediate or higher, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skill for successful collaboration with remote teams
nice to have
- Prior experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
