Senior Java Engineer with Data Structures and Algorithms
Our team is seeking an accomplished Senior Java Developer well-versed in AWS, ReactJS, and Data Structures and Algorithms for a remote role within our product development team.
Your role would be vital as you would take ownership and proactivity, leveraging your experience to overcome challenges. You will primarily be enhancing and expanding our product, delivering superior solutions that go beyond client expectations.
responsibilities
- Design and development of high-grade software solutions applying Java and associated technologies
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for needs analysis and innovative solutions creation
- Creation and conservation of seamless RESTful APIs for system integration
- Building a scalable microservices framework through Spring Boot and alike approaches
- Generation of concise, maintainable and testable code following software development best practises
- Engagement in rigorous code reviews to assure quality and standards adherence
- Deployment and administration of software applications on cloud-based platforms like AWS
- Identification and prompt resolution of software glitches
- Staying abreast of latest trends and technological advancements in software development
requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a field like Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least four years' related experience in Java coding language, combined with deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Awareness of Kotlin, Scala or Go Language
- Advanced understanding of Clean Code principles and system design and analysis expertise
- Skilled in Microservices, API and Integration Standards, SQL, and NoSQL tools
- Specialisation in Amazon Web Services
- Proficiency with ReactJS, Spring, and expertise in CI/CD tools and practices
- Exceptional abilities in requirement gathering and a comprehensive view
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to tackle complex issues
- Proven history of delivering high-level software products
- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
nice to have
- Prior experience in React Native and mobile development
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Acquaintance with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
