We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with Data Structures and Algorithms to work remotely on our cloud-based product. As a member of our team, you will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving while focusing on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for the development and improvement of the product using cloud technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Kotlin, Scala, and Go, and make a lasting contribution to a product that is transforming the industry.

responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement new features
Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to best practices
Create and maintain documentation for the product and its features
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Ensure code quality and maintainability through continuous refactoring
Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL tools
Implement APIs and Integration standards for seamless system integration
Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of the product
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings

requirements

4+ years of experience with Java development
Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
Knowledge of React.js for front-end development
Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Languages
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Expertise in Clean Code principles for code quality and maintainability
Experience with System Design for scalable, high-performance systems
Proficiency in Microservices and Spring for building distributed systems
Experience with API and Integration Standards for seamless system integration
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL tools for data management
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of competency

nice to have

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless computing
Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics
