Senior Java Engineer with Data Structures and Algorithms
We are in search of a Senior Java Engineer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team and work on an exciting project for a cloud-based product. As a developer with a focus on quality, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in Java, Amazon Web Services, and ReactJS will be put to the test as you work on improving and developing this product. You must demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and working in a cloud environment.
responsibilities
- Develop and improve the cloud-based product with a focus on quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Design and develop software solutions according to requirements and specifications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Ensure the quality of the software deliverables
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java
- Data Structure and Algorithms expertise
- Expertise in Kotlin/Scala/Go
- Proficiency with React.js
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of Clean Code and system design
- Experience with Microservices and Spring
- API & Integration Standards experience
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL tools
- Experience with CI/CD
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, allowing effective communication with team members
