Senior Java Full-stack Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full-stack Developer to join our team and work with a global leader in financial technology. As a member of our Scrum team, you will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for developing REST services, Lambdas, and front-end applications using ReactJS, while ensuring the good estimation of tasks within sprint.
responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and testable
- Develop RESTful APIs and Lambdas, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Ensure good estimation of tasks within sprint and provide regular updates on progress
- Contribute to the development of a Google-like search engine, leveraging AWS and Data Science technologies
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, scalable, and adheres to best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Full-stack Development, with a strong focus on Java and ReactJS
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Amazon Web Services, demonstrating your ability to build scalable and robust software solutions
- Experience in developing microservices architectures using Spring Cloud
- Experience in RESTful API design and implementation, with a solid understanding of REST principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile development practices, with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions, with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
nice to have
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in developing and deploying applications to the cloud using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Experience in developing front-end applications using React Native
- Experience in developing applications using Data Science technologies such as Elasticsearch and Kibana
