Senior .Net Developer

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior .NET Developer to join our team and work on an exciting project. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet or exceed our clients' needs. responsibilities
  • Review legacy code in ASPX, VB.NET, and C# to identify areas for improvement in performance, logging, readability, and maintainability
  • Optimize SQL queries to improve software performance and reliability
  • Develop scalable and reliable software solutions using a monolith/microservices architecture and messaging patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
  • Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
  • Contribute to the development of frontend technologies, including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers in the team
requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET Development, demonstrating your expertise in ASP.NET
  • Strong grasp of C# and Angular
  • Practical experience with cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, showcasing your ability to review and optimize SQL queries
  • Experience in performance improvements, including logging, caching, and database optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
nice to have
  • Knowledge of other backend technologies, such as Node.js or Python
  • Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
