We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team, working as a key developer to help us achieve high standards of work, quality, and productivity. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will work on back-end development with .NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server, creating and implementing technical software development strategies that align with business growth goals. You will ensure that appropriate software engineering standards, practices, and controls are applied, and manage the design and administration of software engineering projects. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to determine project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and use your great communication and collaboration skills to influence key stakeholders on architectural and technical decisions. responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software using .NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server
- Create and implement technical software development strategies that align with business growth goals
- Ensure that appropriate software engineering standards, practices, and controls are applied
- Manage the design and administration of software engineering projects
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine project objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Use your great communication and collaboration skills to influence key stakeholders on architectural and technical decisions
- Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of code delivered by the team
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in .NET Core for back-end development
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on implementation and code review skills on the .NET framework
- Engineering best practices knowledge
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization
- English language proficiency at the B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
