Senior Performance Analyst
We are looking for an experienced remote Senior Performance Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing website performance by conducting performance analysis, defining and implementing A/B tests, and tracking website traffic data.

- Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to the development team to improve website performance
- Define and implement A/B tests to optimize the user experience and conversion rate
- Track and analyze website traffic data to identify opportunities for performance improvements
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement technical solutions for performance issues
- Act as a mentor to junior members of the team
requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Performance Analyst or a similar role
- Experience in Performance Optimization Management
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics
- Familiarity with A/B tests
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)

- Experience with other web analytics tools
- Understanding of UX design principles
