Senior PySpark Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior PySpark Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Data Science and possess strong technical skills in DSE Snowflake, AWS, and Spark. Additionally, excellent English communication skills and familiarity with Apache Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes are desirable.

responsibilities
  • Develop PySpark ETL pipelines and configure Kafka connectors
  • Build and maintain the Jenkins pipeline for schedulers, CI/CD, etc.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Ensure high-quality code through the use of code review tools such as Sonar
  • Effectively communicate status and issues to project stakeholders
requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PySpark Developer
  • Strong expertise in Data Science and proficiency in Snowflake, AWS, and Spark
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Expertise in PyCharm as the recommended IDE
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
