Senior ReactJS Developer

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior ReactJS Developer to join our global team.

The customer is a global bank located in Philippines providing a wide range of services, including financing and leasing, foreign exchange and stock brokerage, investment banking, and asset management through its subsidiaries.

responsibilities
  • Reduce workload for customer support agent calls and long waiting time for customer for small queries
    • Provide additional channels to customer on various queries and guided support with self directing process, which will help to reduce customer center call volume
      • Improve customer experience of chatbot with replacing chatbot engine with advance AI/NLU based conversation AI
        • Quick and easy self-directed process with step-by-step detailed guide for customers
          • Provide a single way to access all actions and knowledge base in one platform
            requirements
            • 3+ years of experience in ReactJS Development
              • Strong knowledge of Google Dialog Flow ES
                • Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot & React
                  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Microservices, Kafka Streaming
                    • Strong knowledge of Genesys PureCloud and Genesys Platform API
                      • Strong knowledge of Contentful API
                        • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL Database
