Senior Salesforce Business Solution Architect
We are searching for a Senior Salesforce Business Solution Architect to become part of our remote working team.
The perfect candidate should have a deep understanding of Core Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Additionally, a basic comprehension of essential concepts in Prospect Engagement Solutions would be advantageous.
responsibilities
- Undertaking discovery from a business architecture viewpoint
- Participating in both development and rollout phases, with contributions to Salesforce Capability Map and Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- Leading the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Contributing to High-level Solution Architecture
- Developing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Steering all business workshops
- Making continual enhancements to the Salesforce Business Architecture process
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Architect, with evidence of successful project delivery
- A minimum of 3 technical team lead role projects with continuous hands-on work over the past 3 years
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Management in Salesforce, OWD, OLS, FLS, Account Management, and Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Prior experience leading the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Capability to contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity for effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (at least C1 level), enabling effective communication with clients and teams
