Senior Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a remote Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a vital role in the successful development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns. This role involves working alongside a skilled team, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
You will design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce, and integrate data for sales leads and account-based marketing.

- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce
- Integrate data for sales leads and account-based marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to marketing automation processes
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud objects
- Knowledge of Salesforce admin tools (e.g. Flows, Lighting Pages, etc.)
- Strong knowledge/skills in APEX, Flows, Integrations
- Knowledge/awareness of marketing processes (not necessarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Good communication skills
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with Adobe Engage
- Familiar with Copado (for DevOps process)
- Outreach, ZoomInfo & D&B experience
- Experience in customer engagement and business growth initiatives
