Senior Salesforce Developer
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to become part of our remote team with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Your pivotal role will involve the successful development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns and the integration of Salesforce with Adobe Engage. You'll be working with a talented team to harness your Salesforce expertise to refine marketing strategies, boost customer engagement, and propel business growth.
responsibilities
- Involvement in the design, development, and implementation of marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integration for sales leads and account-based marketing
- Establishment and maintenance of data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Teamwork with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Supervision and analysis of campaign performance metrics for data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues or bugs related to marketing automation processes
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer, with an emphasis on Sales Cloud objects and familiarity with Salesforce admin tools like Flows, Lighting Pages, etc.
- A strong grasp of Marketing processes with experience in Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Proficiency in the English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
