Senior Salesforce Marketing Business Solution Architect

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Business Solution Architect to join our remote workforce.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, the establishment and configuration of new business units, creation of emails and email templates (HTML/CSS/AMPScript), Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Connect (SMS), WhatsApp integration, and the development of a Custom Preference Center with a focus on consent.

responsibilities
  • Architectural business discovery execution
    • Involvement in development and rollout with further deliverables
      • Leadership in creating the EPIC-level backlog (RACI: A) and contribution to High-level Solution Architecture
        • Facilitation of all business workshops
          • Development of Marketing Strategy & Optimization, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Best Practices, and Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
            • Creation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
              requirements
              • A minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Marketing Architect role or similar
                • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Triggered Messaging via Triggered Sends, Journey Builder, or Automations through ETL Files placed on SFMC Enhanced FTP
                  • Ability in developing Marketing Strategy & Optimization, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Best Practices
                    • Experience in creating Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
                      • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
                        • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
                          • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
                            • Advanced proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish
                              nice to have
                              • Familiarity with the Hospitality industry
