Senior Salesforce Marketing Developer
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Developer to join our remote team.
In this role, you will oversee fan engagement e-mail marketing and push notification program initiatives that build profitable, long-term fan relationships. You will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, marketing, and sales goals. To be considered for this position, you should have advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with CSS and HTML.
responsibilities
- Oversee fan engagement e-mail marketing and push notification program initiatives
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting in SFMC
- Train and mentor email marketing specialists
- Partner with the Senior Director in creating new email redesign recommendations, copy and technical development
- Champion continuous advancement of email marketing capabilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architect to implement new automated workflows and triggers within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Oversee campaign analysis and reporting of campaign results
- Own campaign highlights, successes, trends, and opportunities for revenue growth across email and push notifications
- Work closely with the Manager and Business Intelligence team to elevate reporting and the development of new insights
- Suggest new processes for other divisions for e-mail requests, communication of KPIs and strategy
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Experience developing audience segmentation and targeting in SFMC
- Experience leveraging marketing platforms such as Hightouch to support cross-channel and journey campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train email marketing specialists
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level
