Senior Salesforce Technical Architect
We are currently looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our remote team.
The main role will involve executing technical discovery, participating in future implementation cycles, and delivering key components. Proficiency in Core Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, will be vital for strategizing integration, managing data, creating high-level solution architecture, strategizing data migration, and making initial recommendations regarding data quality.
responsibilities
- Designing and developing solutions for the Salesforce platform ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for integration, data management, and high-level solution architecture
- Aligning with DevOps Best Practices and providing ROM estimations for backlog items
- Ensuring data quality while offering initial recommendations for data cleansing and validation
- Managing data migration strategy and estimating data migration effort
- Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and proposing improvements to current architecture
- Offering mentorship to junior team members and participating in knowledge sharing sessions
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect role or similar, with project experience involving Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong background in executing technical discovery
- Proven experience in implementing cycles and delivering key components
- Knowledge of data management strategy, data migration strategy, and DevOps Best Practices
- Experience with data quality (cleansing, validation, etc.) and high-level estimation of data migration effort
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level (C1)
- Fluency in Spanish at a C1+ level for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
