Senior SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team.

The developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality SAP ABAP code in S4/HANA environment.

responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality SAP ABAP code on time and within budget
  • Understand customer requirements and develop user stories
  • Guide the team in making design decisions
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Provide input for project timelines and escalate issues as appropriate
requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP in S4/HANA
  • Strong ABAP programming skills including ABAP OO and Design Patterns
  • Very strong on interfaces/integrations like IDOCS, Webservices
  • Experience in ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development (CDS, BOPF, AMDPs, Fiori elements/Smart Templates, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Experience with Core Data Services, HANA, SAP-BS-MW: IDOCS, Web Dynpro ABAP
  • Good understanding of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, Runtime Analysis Tools, and Techniques
  • Basic understanding of SAP systems functionality with good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional areas
