Senior SAP ABAP Developer

We are currently seeking a remote Senior SAP ABAP Developer with experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP-IS: Apparel and Footwear to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will extend existing or introduce new functionality using ABAP in S/4HANA. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions that meet our business needs.

responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP custom programs, interfaces, reports, and enhancements using ABAP in S/4HANA
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions that meet business needs
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Ensure that all development work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all development work follows best practices and coding standards

requirements

Strong experience in ABAP Core with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP development
Experience in developing solutions for SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP-IS: Apparel and Footwear
Strong adherence to Clean Code principles and Test Driven Development (TDD)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions to business requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
