Senior SAP Basis Service Manager
We are seeking a remote Senior SAP Basis Service Manager with extensive experience in SAP Basis and DevOps to join our team.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge and be able to maintain and monitor SAP Basis, have archiving experience, and handle change requests and transport management. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in backing up and restoring, tuning of ABAP and Java parameters, and be proficient in SAP Solution Manager.
responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor SAP BASIS including change requests, transport management, and incidents & service request management.
- Perform archiving jobs and solve performance and execution issues
- Backup and restore systems and Tuning of ABAP & JAVA parameters
- Administer and maintain SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Solution Manager, and perform performance analysis
- Troubleshoot and understand Network and firewalls
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis and DevOps
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Basis and DevOps, including archiving and transport management
- Extensive experience in backup and restore, performance analysis, and system monitoring
- Excellent technical knowledge in SAP Solution Manager and administration
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Knowledge in GRC, ACP, SLT, BW4HANA, S4HANA, OpenText
- Experience with third-party backup tools such as Commvault
- Familiarity with Single Sign On technologies such as Kerberos, X509, SAML, oAuth (Okta, SLS)
- Understanding of SAP BTP, Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud
