Senior SAP Consultant (SAP HCM)
We are looking for a remoted Senior SAP Consultant to work on project. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP-HR and organizational management, coupled with exceptional communication skills to work closely with UX & SA.
responsibilities
- Clarify customer requirements and translate them into detailed project backlogs
- Work tightly with UX & SA to ensure project deliverables remain consistent with user expectations
- Ongoing project support and participation in testing activities
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Consultants on the team
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM
- Experience in Personnel Management - Administration
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP-HR: Organizational Management
- Proven ability in working in a team-oriented environment
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency B2+
