Senior SAP CRM Consultant
We are seeking a remote Senior SAP CRM Consultant to work on a big CRM implementation project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP CRM and consultancy. As a Senior SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business requirements. responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the gaps
- Develop functional specifications and configure SAP CRM modules
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and accuracy of the solution
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP CRM consultancy
- Expertise in SAP CRM, including cloud version
- Experience with full-cycle SAP CRM implementation projects
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level

- Experience with SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a plus
