Senior SAP HCM Developer

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior SAP HCM Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM development, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on MD/OM (Organizational Management).

responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement SAP HCM MD/OM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
Collaborate with business analysts, HR partners, and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the SAP HCM MD/OM module
Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM MD/OM, including enhancement, configuration, customization, and support of existing functionality
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals
Participate in project planning, estimating efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions

requirements

At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM development, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on MD/OM (Organizational Management)
Solid knowledge of ABAP programming, including debugging, performance tuning, and SAP script/SmartForms
Experience in integrating SAP HCM MD/OM with other SAP modules (e.g., PA, PY, TM) and third-party systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
B2+ English level
