Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our remote team responsible for providing end-to-end support from product discovery, ideation, validation, delivery, and implementation to deliver enterprise-grade solutions to our customers.

Our client aims to enable proof of provenance, full traceability, and continuous tracking of minerals from mine to end-product, ensuring transparency and reliability of Battery Metals, to achieve and certify ESG requirements leveraging external IT support with the highest quality and reliability.

You will be responsible for transforming our client's core digital capabilities and linking digital flows with physical material flows on the ground while allowing the protection of commercially sensitive relationships, combining software, hardware, and blockchain.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members for seamless project completion
Provide end-to-end support from product discovery, ideation, validation, delivery, and implementation to deliver enterprise-grade solutions to our customers
Transform our client's core digital capabilities and link digital flows with physical material flows on the ground while allowing the protection of commercially sensitive relationships, combining software, hardware, and blockchain
Develop a middleware software project, security-heavy B2B projects, and achieve full transparency and traceability leveraging zk-SNARKs to guarantee privacy
Ensure ESG performance of mineral production as well as battery and vehicle manufacturing is communicated to our key stakeholders to secure due diligence and proof
Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the continuous refinement of the recruitment process
Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills

requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, product design, project management, business analysis, release/deployment management, DevOps, enterprise-grade IT security, QA, customer success
Expertise in Azure Service Bus, Microservice Architecture Pattern, Microsoft Azure, and MongoDB
Proficiency in Node.js, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Ethereum, Kubernetes, and ReactJS
Hands-on experience with Github, Azure cloud, and blockchain nodes, particularly Ethereum on Kaleido
Proven expertise with legal requirements for SaaS products development & deployment in Western Europe, Switzerland, China, and the US (experience with DRC and South Africa is an advantage)
Able to understand, qualify, and prioritize demand collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders
Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
