Senior UX Designer
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our remote team and support the Conversation Platform team.
This position requires using human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop User Journeys and User Flows. You will be responsible for designing an experience that focuses on the conversation platform, including virtual agent console and ChatGPT. Your work will include providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, detailed visual and UX design, and governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation. The successful candidate will be able to articulate a coherent UX vision and influence strategy, explore diverse design directions, and evaluate concepts.
responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an experience strategy for the conversation platform, including virtual agent console and ChatGPT
- Provide wireframes and prototypes for concept testing and detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts
- Create governance strategy including workflow, best practices, and documentation
- Articulate a coherent UX vision and influence strategy
- Explore diverse design directions, evaluate concepts, and facilitate idea generation with stakeholders
- Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and define key goals across the design team and align stakeholders
- Envision an ideal state vision and testable hypothesis, and evolve and crystallize the ideal state vision based on testing
- Bring the experience to life through implementation, content creation, and scaling
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Design
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with customer journey mapping and design documentation
- Ability to provide clear materials explaining design rationale and tailor communications for different audiences
- Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual communication, and experience strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define key goals and align stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with at least an upper-intermediate level
