3+ years of experience in UX Design

Portfolio that demonstrates - Strong visual design skills; practical experience of work with UX deliverables; knowledge of a wide range of design patterns; experience of work with a design system;  ability to build wireframes and interactive prototypes

Experience of work in complex web applications like CRM, ideally ATS

Practical experience of the design validation methods

Practical experience of doing research activities

Ability to make UX design analysis (Heuristics, Gestalt, Accessibility)

Good time management skills (planning, estimations, prioritisation)

Great communication skills
