The creation of various supportive design assets (e.g., flowcharts, task diagrams, customer journey maps and service blueprints) to visualise the User Journey, drive conversations with the customer and to ensure alignment amongst all parties involved

3+ years of experience in UX Design

Bachelor or master’s degree in (digital) design 

solid proficiency in both spoken- and written English(B2+)

Expert knowledge of design patterns, techniques and methodologies, as well as relevant trends and industry standards

Solve complex problems and comes up with new perspectives on existing solutions

Experience in Figma

Experience working with existing UI Libraries and standardised Design Patterns

Curious, creative and emphatic, asks lots of questions and aims to uncover hidden needs and unvoiced business requirements

Committed, proactive, and highly communicative team player

Can clearly articulate the rationale behind his / her design solutions
