Software Architect I with Azure and AWS

We are looking for a Software Architect I to join our remote team and provide consulting for cloud migration projects.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for consulting on the best approach for migration from AWS to either AWS Outpost or Azure Stack HCI. Leveraging your expertise in Solution Architecture, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the migration team and ensuring that the migration process is executed seamlessly.

responsibilities
  • Provide consulting and guidance on the best approach for migration from AWS to either AWS Outpost or Azure Stack HCI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the migration process is executed seamlessly
  • Lead and manage cloud migration projects by providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on cloud migration best practices and new technologies
  • Ensure the success of the migration project by identifying and mitigating risks
requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically in the cloud migration space
  • Deep understanding of AWS Outposts and Amazon Web Services, Azure Stack HCI, and migration approaches and tools
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cloud migration projects
  • Experience in consulting and guiding cloud migration projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency to ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders
