We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our enterprise architecture team remotely.

In this role, you will develop IT design solutions aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the customer's technology strategy and roadmaps. Your focus will be on providing design solutions for business units, functions, and technology domains. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and maintaining assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment. You will assess and challenge demand, root cause, and cost-benefit analysis while keeping abreast of industry best practices and trends.

responsibilities

Develop IT design solutions aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the customer's technology strategy and roadmaps
Provide design solutions for business units, functions, and technology domains
Ensure that design strategies align with the needs of the target market and the business objectives of our customer
Design, standardize, and maintain assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment
Assess and challenge demand, root cause, and cost-benefit analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends together with their application within a business context
Collaborate with cross-functional teams members like Developers, Business Analysts, etc., for seamless project completion
Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills

requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience working in IT solution design
At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
Expertise in developing design patterns and informing solution definition on large initiatives
Experience in designing, standardizing, and maintaining assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment
Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Dynamics CRM Online
Experience working with a wide variety of IT functions, including systems analysis, development, and project management
Strong capability in integration design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive working relationships
Advanced level of English language proficiency

nice to have

Experience in the financial services industry and key regulatory requirements
Understanding of business processes is preferred
Agile mindset, able to make decisions within remit and execute in a fast, simple, and focused way
