We are seeking a Solution Architect II to join our remote team and help deliver IT design solutions for our business unit.

Our project aims to optimize front and middle-office processes by delivering solutions that improve productivity, allowing our investment managers and financial planners to manage larger, more lucrative client accounts. You will be responsible for creating IT design solutions for business unit / function / technology domain requirements aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the customer's Technology Strategy and Roadmaps. Your role requires technical expertise in Azure migration, CRM, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Solution Architecture best practices.

responsibilities

Create IT design solutions for business unit / function / technology domain requirements aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the Customer's Technology Strategy and Roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project completion
Inform solution definition on large initiatives, and develop design patterns
Design, standardize, and maintain assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment
Assess and challenge demand, root cause, and cost and benefit analysis
Apply technical expertise in Azure migration, CRM, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Solution Architecture Best practices
Communicate confidently and effectively, at all levels, both in written and verbal form

requirements

Track record of 10 years minimum experience working in IT Solution Design
At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
Experience working with a wide variety of IT functions, including systems analysis, development, and project management
Understanding of industry best practices and trends together with their application within a business context
Broad knowledge of the financial services industry and key regulatory requirements together with an understanding of business processes
Experience developing design patterns and informing solution definitions on large initiatives
Experience in designing, standardizing, and maintaining assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment
Experience in assessing and challenging demand, root cause, and cost and benefit analysis
Strong capability in integration design
Fluent in English with an advanced competency level
