As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, self-service platform for the software development life cycle (SDLC) in a global context. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our processes and ensuring a smooth, efficient development experience for our development teams across the organization. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing a scalable and robust self-service platform. You will also integrate a wide range of AWS serverless and PaaS Cloud services to ensure seamless and secure access to resources needed for development, testing, and deployment.

You will lead a team of developers and work closely with other departments to ensure the platform meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a strong understanding of Java 17, AWS, Storm, Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Zookeeper, Hazelcast, and Spring.
