Middle Automation Tester for a Business Services Company
Currently, we're looking for a remote Middle Automation Tester with 2+ years of QA experience to join our team.
The customer is a provider of high-quality business services in such areas as IT, Procurement, HR, Product Lifecycle Services, Financial Reporting and Analytics, and Real Estate and Facility Services.
The successful candidate should be able to contribute to test automation frameworks for data ingestion, layer-to-layer Big Data transformations.
responsibilities
- Designing, developing and executing automation tests: Functional /Regression /Integration /Smoke/Unit testing
- Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback in context of test automation
- Creating test plans and test cases description
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities
- Identifying, documenting and tracking bugs
- Defining and tracking quality assurance metrics
requirements
- 2+ years of experience in QA and software development Java/Scala applications
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Knowledge of SQL, understanding of DWH principals and best practices
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills in Big Data projects
- English level proficiency B2+
