Middle Automation Tester in Java for a Software Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Automation Tester in Java to join our global team.

responsibilities
  • Take part in technical improvements of test framework
    • Deal with challenging tasks and process improvements
      • Review and analyze product requirements
        • Design, code, support and execute automated test scripts
          • Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action
            • Consult with manual and automation testing teams
              • Participate in Scrum meetings and activities: grooming, dailies, demo, retrospective
                • Have Product mindset. Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development
                  requirements
                  • 2+ years of experience with Automation Testing in Java
                    • Knowledge of Java 8 Core
                      • Understanding of BDD, experience with Cucumber
                        • Selenide experience
                          • Be proactive in communications and process improvement discussions
                            • Knowledge of UI testing set (PO, xpath / css and etc)
                              • Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
                                • Understanding of Git
                                  • Understanding of CI/CD concept and experience with Jenkins in specific
                                    nice to have
                                    • Experience in developing tests with parallel execution in mind
