Senior Automation Tester in Java for a Software Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Automation Tester in Java to join our global team.
responsibilities
- Take part in technical improvements of test framework
- Deal with challenging tasks and process improvements
- Review and analyze product requirements
- Design, code, support and execute automated test scripts
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action
- Consult with manual and automation testing teams
- Participate in Scrum meetings and activities: grooming, dailies, demo, retrospective
- Have Product mindset. Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development
requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Automation Testing in Java
- Knowledge of Java 8 Core
- Understanding of BDD, experience with Cucumber
- Selenide experience
- Be proactive in communications and process improvement discussions
- Knowledge of UI testing set (PO, xpath / css and etc)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
- Understanding of Git
- Understanding of CI/CD concept and experience with Jenkins in specific

- Experience in developing tests with parallel execution in mind
