Senior Test Automation Engineer for an Information Technology and Services Company

We are currently looking for a remote Senior Test Automation Engineer with experience in creation of automation framework using BDD approach to join our team.

The customer is a global leader in providing trusted insights and analytics that helps to increase the pace of innovation.

The main pool of tasks is associated with creation of automation framework using BDD approach.

responsibilities
  • Maintain existing test scripts and create new tests written in Java for REST services
    • Develop tests for new or re-factored functionalities using Java and Selenium following a BDD approach
      • Execute legacy tests and analyze tests results
        • Coordinate and communicate with manual tester located in Barcelona
          • Ability to create test framework for Swing GUI
            requirements
            • Experience in creation of automation framework using BDD approach
              • Experience in test plan creation
                • Skills in both automated and manual testing
                  • Knowledge of Swing Java, Java 7, Spring Core
                    • Written and spoken English level - B1
                      technologies
