We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer with 3+ years of relevant work experience to join our team in creating a cutting-edge application for staffing management within our company.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, design and develop low-latency, scalable, and high-available distributed application services, ensuring the delivery of high-performance solutions. You will play a vital role in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing efficient code and investigating technical issues to support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with specifications.

responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Application Developers, and QA Analysts to ensure seamless project execution
Design and develop low-latency, scalable, and highly available distributed application services
Contribute throughout all phases of the development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code, adhering to coding best practices and standards
Ensure that the designs are in compliance with specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions
Investigate and resolve performance and technical issues that arise in production environments
Champion continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies and presenting architectural reviews
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, working effectively as a team player

requirements

3+ years of relevant work experience in Java development
Solid understanding of messaging-based architecture and Kafka
Experience with Spring Framework components such as IoC, MVC, Data, Test, Boot, Transaction, and Security
Proficiency in performance tuning to optimize application performance
Familiarity with RESTful Web services for designing and implementing APIs
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Familiarity with Kafka and Couchbase for efficient data processing and storage
B2+ English language level

nice to have

Experience in monitoring implementation and maintenance for application performance insights
Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
Familiarity with Spring XD and Spring Integration for streamlined development
Knowledge of Distributed Services architecture
Understanding of PostgreSQL for database managemen
Familiarity with RabbitMQ for message queuing and asynchronous communication
Knowledge of BPM/Activiti for business process management
