As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for defining the performance testing strategy and benchmarking metrics. Your role will involve preparing performance test reports and explaining test results to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring software performance post-release for future improvements. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to other members of the testing team and coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tests. The project involves .NET Development and Test Automation in .NET.

This role requires extensive experience in managing global and large-scale projects, as well as working with Marketing Cloud. Your proven ability to respond to changes and proactively resolve issues delivers the best possible outcome for our clients. As a member of our high-paced and dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions using Agile methodology and product scrum teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Bulk Admin UI component, utilizing your expertise in Java, Spring, and Angular to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability. You will work closely with project management, developers, and clients, providing solutions design and proactively suggesting improvements in code quality and development processes.
