In this position, you are going to work with Business Partnering Services (BPS) - part of EPAM`s Global Finance department, responsible for administrative and financial functions in terms of the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. You will join the team of 300+ specialists to help business to grow business. The Credit Management Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis of customers’ creditworthiness and ensuring mitigation of credit risk.

We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Management Analyst to join our Business Partnering Service unit, and further bolster our team. As a member of the Business Partnering Services (BPS), a subdivision of EPAM's Global Finance department, you will be handling administrative and financial functions related to the interaction between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. By joining our team of over 300 specialists, you will contribute to the expansion of the business. The role of the Credit Management Analyst includes conducting analyses of clients' creditworthiness and ensuring that credit risk is minimized.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English and a data-oriented mindset, essential for troubleshooting and improving product performance, enhancing user experience, and conversion rates. They will be responsible for strategically guiding and assessing whether the data and reports answer key business queries and identifying and consolidating the main data points within the user journey. The candidate will design and implement data analytics/visualization solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and write project documentation.

Your primary focus will be on the preparation of measurement strategy, setting up user behavior tracking, and designing complex end-to-end analytics pipelines covering web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in a variety of Adobe web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch. The role requires a deep understanding of statistical and analytical skills, with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data. You will be responsible for providing data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy, conducting deep-dive research on all areas of customers’ online strategy, and building insightful automated dashboards.

The client is looking for an experienced Developer to be part of the development team who will be working on the project based on Python and Java. The primary purpose of the team will be to develop pipelines, using the below skills, to provide end-to-end automation of file movement and data validation to support the Data Fabric.
