In this role, you will be responsible for designing an exceptional experience for the virtual agent console and ChatGPT, along with defining and delivering the experience strategy. You will leverage human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop user journeys and user flows. Your work will involve providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, along with detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts. You will provide governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation, while influencing strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision.

This position requires using human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop User Journeys and User Flows. You will be responsible for designing an experience that focuses on the conversation platform, including virtual agent console and ChatGPT. Your work will include providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, detailed visual and UX design, and governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation. The successful candidate will be able to articulate a coherent UX vision and influence strategy, explore diverse design directions, and evaluate concepts.

The customer is an American global investment management corporation based in New York City. Some development teams and PMs are based in London.

The customer is a German multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations. Since you will be working closely with our product managers, developers, architects, customers, and domain experts, you are a collaborative team-player. Tasks will include the creation of customer research artifacts, user journey maps, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, usability studies, and others.
